Week in Review

This past week was not exactly a good week for training. I don't know how things got so busy and out of hand but they did. It's all about routine for me and I didn't schedule things.

This week will be interesting as well as Shirley is out of town so my schedule is out of whack because of that here is my best guess as to what I will do this week.

Monday: 60 run
Tuesday: 90 min swim, 90 min bike
Wednesday: 45 min run, 45 min bike
Thursday: 45 min run
Friday: 90 min bike
Saturday : 60 min swim, 60 min bike

9.75 hours

I'll leave Sunday blank to make up stuff or whatever. My goal is to also get down to 200 again this week. I blew it this week. But fortunately I am home more this week so can have more control over the menu.
