Over the course of the next two years (beginning October 2009) I will be documenting not only my journey toward an Ironman race in 2011 but also how to balance my life and change my paradigms. I hope to figure out how to live and love and prosper for a long and healthy life. The intent of this page is to capture my thoughts, experiences and training from a Middle to Back of the Packer perspective.
