I think it's best if i front load my schedule this week. I think it would work better for me that way.
Monday: Bike 90, Run 30
Tuesday: bike 90, swim 90
Wednesday: Bike 90, Run 30
Thursday: Bike 90, Swim 90
Friday: Bike 90
Saturday: Run 45, swim 60
Sunday: Off
Total Time: 13.25
